What is a Geo-Ping?
With the push of a button, user’s around the planet can record data about the environmental pressures at their location. Modern mobile phones and tablets already have sensors installed which are capable of reading the gravitational pull towards the earth, the moon and the sun. These sensors also detect the baromic air pressure, humidity and ambient light levels, along with the user’s current speed and trajectory.
One of the longest records maintained daily is a sun spot monitor, and data has proven a link between sun spots and human activity – namely wars and uprisings. So if we gather enough data about the current conditions humans are enduring, we could eventually predict dangers and hopefully develop a prewarn system.
The only data collected from a geo-ping is relevant to the environmental data at that gps location, and maybe the model of device used but no user data is recorded.
